Once permits are obtained, site preparation is initiated, involving surveying, clearing, and excavating the land, along with setting up temporary utilities.
The foundation construction comes next, starting with digging and filling footings with concrete, then building foundation walls or slabs using materials like reinforced concrete or masonry.
The superstructure construction involves erecting the building’s frame, using High quality Iron. One thing we did in this building was use 22mm and above rebar iron in the beams to remove the middle pillars. This act results in ample open parking space with literally zero pillars in between. This gives the residents peace of mind when parking in and out of the space.
Exterior work includes constructing and insulating walls, installing windows and doors, and applying weatherproofing and exterior finishes.
